Great and convenient location in decent area, near to eating options, restaurants in area, and 2 nights on business. 15 minutes' walk to Burke County Museum.

It was surely a such wonderful stay on vacation. Everything here was good and my room was exceptionally clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy. This was a good location near eating options, Waynesboro or other cities and several restaurants. There was Mcdonald's nearby, offering quick meals.

I was frustrated with the noise from children above me. The staff did not handle the situation well, and I had to request a room change myself. Paying for a higher-end hotel should mean fewer problems like this, especially considering it was my first trip after heart surgery.

The group of noisy children above me went unaddressed, requiring me to switch rooms myself!!! Extra soundproofing is a must for a better experience!!! Nighttime peace should be a given at higher-end hotels!!!

The queen room with two queen beds was clean and well-kept. The staff were excellent, especially Marterze, were great to assist my son during an unexpected situation, ensuring he felt safe and secure. The hotel's ability to offer local products as snacks was a good touch. The common seating areas felt a bit uncomfortable, and I wish there had been more food options available for late-night arrivals.

The hotel had such a cute atmosphere with lovely decor. The accessibility features were appreciated, allowing easy movement throughout the common areas .

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

Comfortable stay except for billing mess

We stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. It was super clean and well kept, which we really liked. But ugh, I had some serious billing issues. Got charged for 2 rooms when I only booked 1! Took a while to sort it out, and it was kinda stressful. Breakfast was pretty good too!
